What better way to enjoy a celebration than to enjoy a stunning, delightful and tasty cake!  Here at Ibakecakes we are known for creating beautiful cakes that taste delicious – and we have many 5 star reviews to prove this fact.

But what is every bit as important to us, and to you, our clients, is the knowledge that our cakes are made from only the highest quality ingredients.  Our eggs are free range and we know where they come from – as we buy direct from a supplier local to us.  We never use margarine – only pure Irish butter is used in all our sponges and our delicious chocolate biscuit cake.  The chocolate that is used in the chocolate biscuit cake is the finest Belgian chocolate, both milk and dark chocolate is used to create the taste our customers love.

Another very important issue is hygiene!  How can you be assured that your cake has been baked and decorated in an area that meets the necessary standards of cleanliness?  As a home baker, registered with the HSE, I have obligations to ensure that I am meeting the requirements set out by the HSE for home bakers – and am subject to reviews by this organisation.  I am very happy to inform you that following my review this week I have again met all the standards required for home bakers!
